Refund Policy

1. Free Tier
Our free tier service is provided at no cost and therefore no refunds apply. Free tier users can translate up to 2 documents per day with a maximum file size of 250KB.
2. Premium Subscriptions
For premium subscription plans, we offer the following refund policy:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our premium service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Prorated Refunds: After the 7-day period, we may offer prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis for annual subscriptions.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day trial period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@fileintact.com
- Include your account email and order/transaction ID
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests)
- Requests made after 7 days for monthly subscriptions
- Requests made after 30 days for annual subscriptions
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period (except as noted above)
6. Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. Service credits:
- Can be used for future premium services
- Do not expire
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
