FileIntact provides AI-powered document translation services that preserve the original layout, formatting, images, tables, and fonts of your documents. We support PDF, DOCX, and XLSX file formats.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using our Service
Not upload documents containing illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload. FileIntact does not claim ownership of your content. We only use your documents to provide the translation service and delete them after processing.

5. Service Limitations

Free tier users are limited to:

2 document translations per day
Maximum file size of 250KB per document

Premium plans offer higher limits and additional features.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% translation accuracy or perfect layout preservation for all document types.

7. Limitation of Liability

FileIntact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
